How long we keep information
Personal data
Naval Enterprise Limited processes personal data for a minimum amount of time, usually three years. After that, purchase data is anonymized and stored for up to 10 years.
Research panels and market surveys
Information submitted to research panels and market surveys is deleted three years after it’s created.
CCTV
CCTV data is kept for no more than one month after it’s created.
Insurance claims
Personal data for claims involving personal injury may be kept for up to 21 years from settlement. For subsidence claims, personal data may be kept for up to 25 years.
Marketing records
Marketing records are kept for three years after the last activity with Naval Enterprise Limited
Employee records
Information about employees is kept for seven years after their employment ends.
